These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Shareable(“Shareable,” “we,” “us”) — our website, app, API, and MCP server (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Shareable lets you publish HTML pages, PDFs, and images and share them with a link, control who can view them, and see view analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@useshareable.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the content you publish (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — including serving your pages to the viewers you authorize. You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that publishing it through the Service does not violate any law or third-party right.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
You may access the Service programmatically via our API and MCP server using your API keys. Keep your keys confidential; you’re responsible for requests made with them. We may apply rate limits and may revoke keys or access to protect the Service from abuse.
The Service offers a free tier and may offer paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at purchase, and fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan features and pricing prospectively with notice.
Pages you publish may include third-party embeds (forms, calendars, payment links, etc.). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them. You use and embed them at your own risk.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Shareable and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. These Terms don’t transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shareable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shareable from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that aren’t subject to binding arbitration or small-claims resolution.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Shareable regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may provide notices to you by email or by posting in the Service.
